Preventative Maintenance On Your HVAC System 

Preventative maintenance on your HVAC system is crucial to protecting your investment in comfort. Not only does preventative maintenance maintain your system's longevity and efficiency, but it is also a proactive step in ensuring it will remain dependable when you need it the most. Lack of maintenance can lead to physical or mechanical damage to your system that could cost hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars to repair. Preventative maintenance can also help keep your electricity usage at a minimum and not skyrocket.
 
You can download our preventative maintenance agreement or fill out the form below. Choose what level of maintenance you desire and how often annually. Della-Mora Heating and Air Conditioning recommends having preventative maintenance done at least twice a year for heating and cooling systems and once a year for heating-only systems. We also recommend quarterly maintenance for commercial and high-use applications.

Maintenance Packages

Basic Package
The basic package is designed to perform basic maintenance and tune up tasks.

• Change air filter.
• Perform light unit cleaning. Hose off the A/C with water for summer maintenance or blow out furnace or indoor unit for winter maintenance.
• Perform system inspection and tune up.
• Chlorine treats drain system if applicable.

Full Package
This package is designed to perform more extensive maintenance and tune up tasks.

• Change air filter.
• Perform light acid wash on Air conditioner furnace or blow out furnace or indoor unit for winter maintenance.
• Perform system inspection and tune up.
• Chlorine treats drain system if applicable.
• Clear Teflon coat outdoor unit coils.

Coastal Package
This package is designed for systems in higher risk environments for corrosion.

• Change air filter.
• Perform heavy acid wash on Air conditioner furnace or blow out furnace or indoor unit for winter maintenance.
• Perform system inspection and tune up.
• Chlorine treats drain system if applicable.
• Disassemble outdoor unit and color Teflon coat outdoor unit coils using coastal gulf coat blu
